Next Level 325: The Stress Stroke That Rebuilt Her Relationship With Money with Krisstina Wise

Krisstina Wise spent a decade building a business that eventually paid her over a million dollars a year, and she was proud of every bit of it. Then, mid-keynote in front of 500 people, her body froze completely: a stress stroke. Within 48 hours she couldn’t get out of bed, and stayed there for two years while her business collapsed around her. In this episode, she joins Chris to talk about what carried her through it (real estate she’d built quietly on the side, without fanfare) and what she learned about the difference between money driven by fear and money driven by enough.

Krisstina Wise is the founder of Wealthy Wellthy and creator of the Wise Money School, where she teaches professional women how to take control of their money, build wealth, and move from earning income to owning assets. Her work combines money mindset, cash flow management, and real estate investing, drawn from her own experience rebuilding financial independence after a health crisis took her out of her business for two years. She is also the host of the Wealthy Wealthy podcast and the author of Falling for Money. Her second book, Wise Investing, is currently in publication.
