He is the author of seven real estate investment books and the founder, trainer, and coach of the Path to Profit System.

Gary bought his first property in his early 20s, turned it around after two years, and made a tremendous profit but then didn’t do anything for almost 15 years. At thirty-five, he made his first real estate investment and by 40 was financially independent. As of today, he has completed thousands of real estate transactions, shifting from fix and flips to nine-figure commercial deals.

Today Gary talks about his journey from corporate America to becoming a self-made millionaire, and the phases of his transition from residential real estate to commercial.
