Ep 242: How to Gain Back Your Energy & Time with Shannon Logan

Success, balance, and fulfillment—these are things we all strive for, yet so many of us feel stuck in the cycle of burnout. In my latest episode of The Next Level Income Show, I sat down with Shannon Logan, an entrepreneur, wellness expert, and executive coach, to talk about how high-achieving women can reclaim their time, energy, and purpose. Her insights on work-life balance, burnout recovery, and intentional living are something everyone—entrepreneurs, professionals, and parents alike—can benefit from.

Shannon’s journey is inspiring. She spent over a decade running a successful fitness studio before transitioning to coaching, where she now helps women align their lives with their values. One of the most powerful things she shared was this: “Time is the only resource we can’t get back. You can always make more money, but you can never make more time.” It’s a reminder to focus on what truly matters instead of just staying busy.

Her program, The Whole Woman Reset, is based on three key principles: Self, Energy, and Time. First, she helps clients identify their core values and ensure they’re actually living by them. If we say family is a priority but spend most of our time on work and distractions, something needs to change. Next, she emphasizes energy management—prioritizing rest and recovery instead of glorifying overwork. Burnout doesn’t happen overnight; it’s the result of constantly giving without replenishing.

Finally, Shannon challenges the belief that we have to “do it all” ourselves. Many professionals, especially parents, struggle with guilt when it comes to outsourcing tasks. But she reframes it perfectly: If something is draining your time and energy, why not delegate it? Whether it’s hiring a housekeeper, meal prep service, or assistant, these decisions free up time to focus on what truly matters—your business, your family, and your well-being.

This episode was packed with powerful takeaways, but the main lesson is clear: You don’t have to do everything on your own, and you don’t have to burn yourself out to be successful. Make time for what truly matters, align your life with your values, and set yourself up for long-term fulfillment.
