Join us as we sit down with Sam Sells, a retired US Air Force officer and combat veteran, who is making a significant impact in the world of real estate. Sam is the founder of Wild Mountain Capital, a company focused on transforming neglected, unsafe, and mismanaged assets into affordable and safe housing.

During his time in the Air Force, Sam traveled extensively and witnessed poverty and a lack of safe housing in various parts of the world. This experience motivated him to take action and create positive change. With over 60 years of combined experience in commercial and residential real estate, Sam and his team at Wild Mountain have successfully completed over 75 projects, including mobile home communities, apartment complexes, and self-storage facilities.
